Job summary

Everpure, Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Master Data Management & Data Governance to own the enterprise vision for Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor master data and to build a scalable governance and stewardship model backed by AI and automation.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and IT to ensure trusted data across ERP, CRM, PLM, and analytics, delivering continuous improvements and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Master Data Management programs end to end across global implementations.
• Ability to design governance and stewardship models that scale for Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor domains.
• Proven success applying AI and automation to data stewardship and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy for customer, product, asset, and vendor master data and define governance models.
• Deploy AI and automation across matching, deduplication, classification, enrichment, and remediation.
• Build AI-ready data foundation with lineage, catalogs, dictionaries, and metadata across ERP, CRM, PLM, service management and analytics.
• Establish enterprise standards, ownership, and controls for data quality, integrity, security, and compliance by partnering with leaders.
• Own the program end to end including delivery, budget, and executive scorecards.
