Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Manager of Master Data Management & Data Governance to own the enterprise vision for Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor data.

You will build governance foundations, leadership teams, and an AI-enabled, self-correcting data quality program supporting downstream decisions across ERP, CRM, PLM, and analytics. Qualifications

• Track record leading enterprise Master Data Management programs end to end across global implementations.
• Experience designing governance and stewardship models for multiple data domains.
• Experience applying AI/automation to data stewardship, enrichment, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise strategy for core master data domains (Customer, Product, Asset, Vendor) and establish governance models.
• Deploy AI and automation for matching, deduplication, classification, enrichment, and remediation.
• Build lineage, catalogs, dictionaries, and metadata for AI-ready data foundations across ERP, CRM, PLM, and analytics.
• Set enterprise standards, ownership, and controls for data quality, security, and compliance.
• Own the program end-to-end including delivery, budget, and executive scorecards.
