Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, build relationships with customers, and schedule appointments for the Service Department.

You will ensure messages reach the service consultants promptly, route appointment information correctly, and provide management reports. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills and prior experience in a dealership setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate from college or technical school or related training is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and establish relationships with customers.
• Ensure service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Schedule service appointments when consultants are unavailable and route information to the appropriate consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Collect retail charges from customers and provide receipts or change as needed.
• Process charge purchases according to Controller policies and file documents accordingly.
• Close internal repair orders promptly and route to Billing Clerk for processing.
• File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets in customer service files.
