Responsibilities include contacting past due balances, maintaining a cash drawer, and supporting branch goals while complying with laws. Requires 1+ year experience, HS diploma, reliable transport, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals for company products.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments/daily deposits.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support branch operations.
