California Surveying & Drafting Supply is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Account Manager in Anaheim, hybrid role. You will manage a portfolio of existing CSDS customers, renew subscriptions and maintenance plans, and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue.

You will engage customers to understand their business needs, coordinate renewal strategies with internal teams, and ensure CSDS delivers high-value solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
