Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to transform customer and operational data into actionable insights for the Payer Retrieval business. You will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build Sigma dashboards, and support cross-functional teams with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, or operations analytics.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools including Sigma Computing.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain Sigma dashboards and recurring reports of key metrics.
Use SQL to retrieve, combine, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
Prepare presentations and visual stories to communicate findings clearly.
