Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to transform customer and operational data into actionable insights for the Payer Retrieval business. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data, develop dashboards, and support cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.

You will partner with Customer Success and Operations, using Sigma Computing, SQL, and cloud data warehouses to answer business questions and communicate findings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, operations analytics, or a related role.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Sigma Computing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; familiarity with Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop Sigma dashboards, recurring reports, and performance summaries.
• Use SQL to retrieve, combine, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer questions related to customer performance and operations.
• Develop presentations and visual stories to communicate findings clearly.
