Job summary

Documo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our SMB and Mid-Market team. You will own hiring, onboarding, coaching, daily management, and the team’s combined new-logo ARR quota. A ground-floor opportunity to shape Documo’s sales coaching strategy and playbooks in a fully remote role across the U.S.

The ideal candidate has strong SaaS sales experience, a passion for developing talent, and the ability to teach reps how to sell effectively, with hours aligned to Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Experience building and leading teams of 5+ reps.
• Proven coaching and talent development skills.
• Strong knowledge of Challenger or similar methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ARR quota for SMB & Mid-Market.
• Coach reps on sales methodology, discovery, demos, and negotiation.
• Design and run structured onboarding and ramp plans.
• Lead weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and collaborate cross-functionally.
