Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or transportation or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience providing service to customers.
• 2+ years experience selling to customers.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales quotas and profit targets; maintain regular contact with customers.
• Develop a sales penetration plan to expand Ryder’s wallet share.
• Present Ryder services and capabilities; build relationships with buying influencers.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered; manage customer satisfaction and reviews.
• Educate customers on new services and policy changes; train sales teams.
