Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast is seeking a customer liaison to coordinate internal and external communications on orders, delivery dates and product availability. You will process orders, track deadlines and invoices, and support credit-hold resolution with Sales Admin/SCC in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain shipping data, manage changes with cross-functional teams, monitor stock levels, and generate SAP reports while ensuring FIFO and a smooth supply chain.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Strong English skills both written and verbally.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Strong computer skills with SAP and Salesforce.
• Language skills preferred: Spanish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house contact with customers, sales people and kp employees on orders and inquiries.
• Process orders, track deadlines, order entry, tracking and invoicing in the system.
• Support resolving credit holds with Sales Admin/SCC.
• Maintain shipping information and handle order changes with relevant departments.
• Monitor stock levels and overdue stocks; ensure FIFO and optimal supply chain.
• Develop SAP reports and respond to order status inquiries.
