Job summary

GEODIS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling questions in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate shipments and timely information.

The role involves inputting orders into the Mercury Gate TMS, tracking shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge in customer service position preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
• Process and input customer orders and receipts within the TMS Mercury Gate.
• Track and trace orders using TMS and online tracking websites.
• Refer service or billing issues to designated departments for investigation.
