Forward Air Corp. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to provide front-line administrative and customer service support, ensuring accurate shipment processing, documentation, and timely updates.

You will be the primary contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams, handling data entry, scheduling, tracking, and billing support to keep freight moving smoothly in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, admin support, logistics, or transportation environments preferred; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes consistently.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Provide front-line customer service for shipment status and documentation requests.
• Perform accurate data entry for shipment details and records.
• Track and trace shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate scheduling for pickups, deliveries, and appointments.
• Prepare, review, and organize shipping documentation, labels, and POD.
• Support site activities including freight acceptance and driver assistance.
• Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing tasks.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files for documentation.
• Communicate with carriers and operations to move freight timely.
• Escalate routine service issues to operations leadership as needed.
• Support mail processing, record updates, and office supply monitoring.
• Participate in training and process improvement activities.
