Job summary

DP World in Mesa, AZ seeks an L2 – Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic 3PL team. The role focuses on handling customer queries, coordinating orders, and driving efficiencies in inbound and outbound operations. You'll work closely with control tower staff, manage timelines, and ensure accurate performance reporting while supporting continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; Excel skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day-to-day reports.
• Build relationships with Key Account control tower staff.
• Ensure customer & carrier reports are completed weekly/monthly and accurate.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound/outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Process order setup via internal system (EDI or manual).
• Ensure timely order picking and processing to meet KPI and inventory targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
