Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and problem resolution.
• Develop and retain the customer base; greet customers by name and respond promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer business and data.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit; verify amounts and negotiability.
• Process complex multi-step teller transactions.
• Research and offer solutions; follow up with customers.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to platform partners.
• Make sales calls to clients/prospects to meet branch goals; record activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals; stay knowledgeable about products and services.
• Maintain accurate balancing and error records; address outages and seek help as needed.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training on bank and branch policies.
• Meet scheduled working hours to ensure branch functionality.
• Adhere to branch dress code and perform assigned special projects.
