Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking a Teller to provide excellent customer service and manage cash transactions in a branch setting. You will balance cash drawer daily and process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments while adhering to bank procedures and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling night depository tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and follow bank procedures and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals, checks, payments, and night depository.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Assist customers and refer to staff for complex products.
• Answer phones and handle mail/document deliveries.
• Open, sort and deliver incoming mail by department.
