Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver friendly, professional service and accurately process customer transactions. In this on-site role, you’ll identify customer needs, promote banking solutions and support daily branch operations.

You’ll also educate customers on digital tools and work with teammates across branches to ensure seamless service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with up to two years of customer service experience; retail banking or cash handling

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years in customer service experience preferred.
• Retail banking or cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate teller transactions and account services.
• Identify customer needs and refer to colleagues for additional solutions.
• Promote offers and services to meet customer goals.
• Assist with vaults, night drops, and ATM operations as required.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with teammates across branches for seamless service.
