Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Perform basic customer and cash transactions.
• Balance cash daily.
• Identify referral opportunities to support branch goals.
• Adhere to laws and BSA/AML policy and procedures.
• Identify risk and escalate concerns.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services.
• Adapt to changing digital channels.
