Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a customer service professional to process transactions, assist existing and potential customers, and help meet branch sales goals. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while complying with policies.

You will balance cash daily, identify referral opportunities, and stay informed about bank products to support customers and the branch.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment in daily tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic customer and cash transactions.
• Balance cash each day.
• Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML policies.
• Identify risk and escalation concerns through proper channels.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services across lines of business.
• Learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
• Other duties as assigned.
