Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch service operations
• Support client transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of frontline banking activities
• Coach and support branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery
• Monitor operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
• Process night deposits and ATM transactions as applicable
• Deliver excellent service to all bank customers
• Refer customers to other staff for product sales or problem resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned
