Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a part-time Teller to handle daily deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking tasks. You will greet customers, cross-sell services, and maintain accurate cash drawers while following BSA and security procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and strong English communication. This position offers on-site work with morning hours and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, PC and typing skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; good communication.
• Part-time schedule: 8:45am–1:00pm with some Saturdays; 25 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and savings account services including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cross-selling.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily; handle vault operations.
• Deliver exemplary customer service in person and by phone; resolve issues.
• Refer customers to other bank units for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Maintain compliance with BSA and bank policies; secure records.
