Job summary

Central Bank in West Tulsa is seeking a full-time Teller to greet customers and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will balance cash drawers, handle deposits and withdrawals, and assist customers with loan payments and transfers while maintaining a secure environment.

Strong communication and sales skills are essential to identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate bank products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank accounts, services, policies and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, delivering Legendary Service.
• Process and record transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and money transfers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and identify discrepancies.
• Cross-sell bank products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
