Job summary

Central Bank in Lake Ozark is seeking a friendly teller to handle deposits, withdrawals and payments, while greeting customers and cross-selling bank services. You will balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records in a busy on-site branch.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, PC and typing skills, and strong customer relations. Full-time hours are posted; training is provided and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and security procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; or high school senior student working in school Cooperative Education Program.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required. PC and typing skills required.
• Attention to detail required. Regular and punctual attendance.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals and payments and other routine teller tasks.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily; balance vault as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person and by telephone; resolve issues with tact.
• Assist in referrals to other departments and banking products.
