Central Bank of the Ozarks Market in Pleasant Hope, MO is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team. This 25 hours/week position offers a friendly, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for advancement.
The Teller will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, greet customers, balance cash drawer, and provide solutions to meet customers' financial needs while representing the bank professionally and delivering Legendary Service.
This part-time position is located at the Pleasant Hope facility for Central Bank of the Ozarks Market. (25 hours/week). The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. Tellers provide a variety of teller account services such as handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations. Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
