Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks Market in Pleasant Hope is seeking a part-time Teller to join our retail team. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, greet customers and maintain accounts, delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, cash handling or customer service experience, basic math, and solid PC/typing skills. You should be detail oriented, customer-focused, and able to identify referral opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, intermediate PC and typing skills, and ability to count U.S. currency.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required.
• Strong customer relations and ability to communicate and work well with customers and employees in a cooperative, positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet needs.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
