West Coast Convenience is hiring for all levels to join the Loop Neighborhood Market family. Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including calculating change.
• Validate identification for tobacco/alcohol sales when required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varied temperatures (coolers, outdoors, station).

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift, balance money, help customers quickly.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
