Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic car wash issues when needed.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the supervisor as needed.
