Job summary

RICO Manufacturing in Medina, OH is seeking a Customer Communications & Sales Coordinator to support customer communications, sales administration, and order processing. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or related functions.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred, Salesforce CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments throughout the order lifecycle.
• Provide professional and timely customer communications and order processing.
• Enter customer purchase orders and change orders into the ERP system and verify accuracy.
• Process sales orders, PO entries, and order validations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via the ticketing system and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain electronic customer files and document shipment and warranty information.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping/logistics for timely deliveries.
• Support creation of estimates, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Assist with lead management and customer relationship initiatives.
