Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members for the Toledo-Holland, OH location to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they’re looking for. You will handle checkout, assist with truck unloads and stocking, and participate in omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

The role includes merchandising, planogram maintenance, and participation in safety and shrink programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Interact with customers professionally and be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
