Job summary

Michaels Goodyear store teams are being recruited to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will help with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and keeping the store well merchandised for shoppers.

The role includes support for omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, adherence to SOPs, and a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in Omnichannel (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise and perform in-stock and recovery duties.
• Follow SOPs and safety programs; act as a positive role model.
