Qualifications

• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math skills for handling change.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol sales where required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with ladders and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance cash during shift, assist customers fast.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
