Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards according to policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store housekeeping and appearance.
• Delivers proper customer service: greet, ring up, thank, invite to return.
• Follows safety procedures.
• Assists management with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
