Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Assist with price changes and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Keep work area and store clean, safe and organized.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers during/after transactions.
• Support loss prevention practices and report incidents as needed.
