You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and support stock and merchandising efforts to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, the ability to work flexible hours, and adherence to company policies. In-store location with potential for growth within Store Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and have knowledge of merchandise to assist customers.
• Process transactions accurately and balance the register according to policy.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns as needed.
• Wrap and bag merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit cards in a secure, policy-compliant manner.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks when required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide courteous greeting, guide customers to fitting rooms, and invite them to return.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance with a name tag.
• Assist management with merchandising on the sales floor based on stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts by reporting incidents and following policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
