Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance and wear a name tag.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and inviting return.
