Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select products for their projects.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available in a busy retail setting, with strong emphasis on in-store organization and safety. Responsibilities include greeting customers, upholding stock levels, processing transactions at POS, and collaborating with teammates to meet sales targets, while maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Align with company safety processes.
• Answer telephone per guidelines.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
