Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects. Base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, keeping the floor tidy, operating the POS system, and helping achieve store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions at checkout with POS system; handle refunds/exchanges.
• Follow cash handling procedures and create price tags/signs.
• Support other store areas as needed and respond to store needs.
