Job summary

The Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. Fayetteville location is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to help maintain a welcoming store environment and provide friendly customer service during shifts.

You will process point-of-sale transactions, assist shoppers, and support merchandising, storefront readiness, and front-end operations while following safety guidelines and daily housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, customer service, or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills Ability to deliver friendly, respectful, and helpful shopper service.
• Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Support shop-ready merchandising standards through timely recovery and basic replenishment.

• Assist shoppers with questions, product location, fitting rooms, and checkout needs.
• Support signage placement, price accuracy, fixture organization, and product presentation.
