The role emphasizes adherence to controls, participation in training, and effective handling of all monies while advancing client relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Leadership routines and complete training as required.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
