Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Assist in client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through trainings and learning.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
