Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is looking for Store Team Members to support merchandising, front-end duties, and online order fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and maintain stock while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Seasonal or regular shifts may apply; the role supports curbside, delivery, and in-store pickup. Training and benefits are provided for eligible staff as part of a total rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and manage inventory across the store.
• Assist online operations and curbside pickup, and fulfill orders when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Load and deliver orders if required as an essential function.
