Michaels Albany-Latham, NY is hiring a store associate to assist customers, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You’ll help customers shop, enroll them in Rewards, and participate in omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, supporting a smooth shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and recovery; complete go-back and return flow for in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
