Job summary

Michaels Albany-Latham store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist visitors in finding products. Responsibilities include checkout, enrollments in Rewards, and participating in truck unloading and stocking to keep shelves in stock.

Team members support omnichannel processes, follow SOPs, and maintain a positive store image. Cross training in custom framing is available, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery, inventory, and in-stock status
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
