Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the Beachwood, OH location to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and store operations such as unloading trucks, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock conditions, and participate in SISO and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
