Levin Furniture & Mattress in Wexford, PA seeks a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, processing sales, payments, and financing paperwork within a retail setting. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on experience with POS systems.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits. The candidate will handle payroll reporting, maintain accurate files, and coordinate with staff while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have flexibility/availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous Customer Service/Clerical/Office/Administrative experience preferred.
• Retail and/or service industry experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Enter sales and order information into POS accurately.
• Verify order details; correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, and sales orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service by answering phones and handling inquiries.
• Process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Verify order paperwork is accurate.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external staff.
• Maintain files to maximize productivity.
• Train, schedule and oversee daily office procedures.
• Report payroll data via E-time.
