Tailor Made Pest & Wildlife, a locally owned company serving Louisville, seeks an Office Administrator to manage customer communication, phone sales, scheduling, dispatching, data entry, and day-to-day operations. You will be a primary contact for customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a starting pay of $17 per hour and benefits as described in the ad.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, listening, and written communication skills.
• Comfort selling over the phone and following up consistently with leads.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, or scheduling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled services and follow up on unsold opportunities.
• Schedule pest-control and wildlife appointments and dispatch technicians.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and service data in the CRM.
• Process payments and manage accounts with confidentiality.
