Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will work as part of a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking according to recipes, and maintaining sanitation standards. This role offers growth into leadership and hands-on training in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
