Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and understand customer requirements; capture requests in ERP.
• Learn product knowledge to service customers.
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Advise on items not ordered or out of stock; propose alternatives when needed.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and ERP data entry.
• Coordinate with drivers and outside sales to meet customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.
