Toyota of Dartmouth is seeking an energetic Express Maintenance Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, assist with routine maintenance, review history, prepare repair orders, and communicate recommendations and pricing clearly.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and a willingness to learn Toyota procedures. A valid driver’s license is required and training is available.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in service lane operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet customers promptly in Express Maintenance service lane.
• Assist with routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).
• Review vehicle history and recommend services per Toyota guidelines.
• Prepare repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Explain service recommendations, pricing, and ETA to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Keep customers informed on progress and results.
• Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
