Toyota of Dartmouth is seeking an energetic Express Maintenance Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, assist with routine maintenance, review history, prepare repair orders, and communicate recommendations and pricing clearly.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and a willingness to learn Toyota procedures. A valid driver’s license is required and training is available.

• Greet customers promptly in Express Maintenance service lane.
• Assist with routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).

We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and professionally in our Express Maintenance service lane.Assist customers with routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other factory-recommended maintenance.Review vehicle maintenance history and recommend appropriate services based on Toyota maintenance guidelines.Accurately prepare repair orders and document customer concerns.Communicate service recommendations, pricing, and estimated completion times.Coordinate with Express Maintenance technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.Keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress.Review multipoint inspection results and explain additional maintenance recommendations.Promote customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service lane.Meet departmental customer satisfaction, productivity, and performance objectives.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.Basic automotive maintenance knowledge is helpful.Comfortable working with computers and dealership management systems.Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.Willingness to learn Toyota maintenance procedures and service processes.Valid driver's license.
