Job summary

Bravo Technical Resources Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Technician to provide end-user IT support across the organization. The role covers Windows and Mac environments, 365 apps, user accounts, and day-to-day IT operations.

You will troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a help desk or desktop support role, strong problem solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and common desktop hardware.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and SaaS apps.
• Log, prioritize, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and AD accounts.
• Assist with IT projects and documentation in the knowledge base.
• Provide occasional extended hours for urgent issues.
